7月13日菅総理は総理官邸で知的財産戦略本部を開催し、知的財産推進計画２０２１を決定発表した。企業の知財戦略を強化することは、日本の未来への投資のための企業の知財戦略強化を宣言した。デジタル時代に対応した著作権制度の改革、企業の知財投資や活用を促進する仕組みの準備のためのガイドラインと並んで、戦略的に重要な分野における標準化活動を促進することを述べた。スマートシティ、Beyond 5G、グリーンなどの戦略的な成長市場を大きくするため、官民による標準化活動に対する支援を強化を重視し、デジタル時代の熾烈な競争下で日本が知財戦略の国際的主導権を確保することは、国の経済安全保障上の観点からも重要とした。
昨日発表された知財推進計画2021はこれまで積み上げてきた詳細な議論を整理したものでで3つのファイルからなる。「2.本編」は読み応えがあり、論点となったポイントをよく理解することができる。今後内閣府が中心となり横断的なプロジェクトを推進する計画が書かれている。知財戦略本部HP http://www.kantei.go.jp/jp/singi/titeki2/index.html
