ドイツSisvel v. Haier最高裁判決その後：8月7日 Haierがドイツ憲法裁判所に上訴 20200807

JUVE誌の報道によれば、8月7日中国ハイアールは、Sisvel v. Haierでのドイツ最高裁判決を不服として、この判決がFRANDについての指針を示したEU法に基づくCJEUの判決と齟齬を引き起こしているとして憲法違反上訴の手続きを行った。極めて異例の展開となっている。
