欧州委員会SEPウエビナー（第5回）発表資料公開 EC SEP Webinar #5 series presentation and documents published

SEPを取り巻く環境が激変するなか、欧州委員会（EUDG-GROW)は5回にわたるSEPのWebinarを開催し、毎回600人を超えるSEP関係者（企業、司法行政当局、研究機関、大学など）が集い集中討議が行われた。そのプレゼン資料やサマリーレポートがECのウェブページに公開されており、今回最終回の第５回のプレゼンテーション資料が公開された。SEPに関する議論を世界中の様々な当事者がプレゼンテーションを行い、俯瞰的にSEPについて理解できる当代随一の資料シリーズといえる。第１回から第4回まではすでに公開されていたが、今回最終回にあたる第5回資料が発表された。リンクを貼る。

SEP Webinarの趣旨について、欧州委員会は”The European Commission (EC)’s Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW) organises a series of webinars on Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) in winter and spring 2021. These webinars aim to take stock of the state-of-play, share some of the ideas developed under recent actions and discuss with stakeholders potential improvements to the framework governing SEPs.”と述べている。
