(独) IP Bridge v. FORD（ミュンヘンI地裁）FORD敗訴

5月20日付のFOSSブログによれば、5月19日Munich I 地裁はIP Bridgeが求めていた差し止め命令を認めた。FORDはAvanciのSEP権利者数社から提訴されているが、今回Munich I地裁はFORDが主張していた転得者のpatent ambushなどの防御を認めず、Avanciに対してもcounter offerを出していなかったとして、FORDをunwilling licenseeと認定し差し止めを認めた。
