（日）経産省SEPライセンス指針についての海外誌報道 METI’s SEP license guideline（conti.)

METIのSEP取引ガイドラインについて海外知財専門誌数誌も日本発の記事として報じているが,そのひとつMLex (LexisNexis)誌から5月16日記事について全文掲載のリンクの提供があったので紹介する。

日本の利害関係者は、コネクテッドカーをめぐるライセンサーとライセンシーの間の紛争を抑制することを目的とした、重要な技術のライセンス交渉に関する経済産業省の最近のガイドラインをおおむね歓迎しています。 ただし、今後多くの問題に対処する必要があります。 今後、自動車メーカーとICTメーカーは政府に対して異なる期待を抱く一方、特許庁は、日本の判例が不足している中で、誠実な交渉のための手引をさらに洗練する準備をしている。
