(英) UKIPOのSEP方針意見募集稿結果レポート UKIPO's Summary of SEP Questionnaire

SEP政策に関しUKIPO（英国特許庁）は昨年12月7日から本年3月1日まで意見募集を行なったが、さらに本年3月21日から4月24日の間にSMEを対象に２回目の意見募集を行った。

今回その意見募集稿の結果を整理したレポートが7月5日発表された。

UKIPOは標準とSEPは英国経済発展に極めて重要な意味を持つと認識するなか、意見募集稿で権利者実施者さまざまな意見を整理しながら詳細に分析を行なった。

最後にNext stepsを考える上でUKIPOはさまざまな利害対立が存在する現実のなかで、ポリシーメーカーが政策介入する合意は取れていない“There was also little consensus on the need for government to intervene.”とも述べ、今後さらに関係機関で研究・検討を重ねると結論づけている。これは現在進行中の欧州委員会EUDGのスタンスとは際立った違いを示している。
