PanasonicとOPPOライセンス締結発表 Panasonic announced new license agreement with OPPO

Panasonic とOPPOの両社はライセンス締結したことをプレス発表した。


両社は世界各地での特許侵害訴訟（UPC, 英国、ドイツなど）Massive SEP battleを繰り広げてきたが、昨年11月22日のUPCマンハイム支部においてOPPO製品の

ドイツ、フランス、イタリア、オランダ、スウエーデンでの差止判決と仮損害賠償金の

支払を命じた判決が最後の合意への大きなトリガーとなったのだろう。
