「特許庁検討 利用差し止めに条件」

この日経記事をうけ、海外記事はIAMから4月21日に以下のように発信され、特許庁がIoTで特許制限の動きと報じた。

このIAM記事に対して、特許庁はその事実を否定し、そのコメントをいれた記事が4月24日づけIAMに以下のように報じられた。
ただ、IAMは日本においては、そのような特許制限への根強い意見もあると付記している。

"Earlier this week, IAM spotted a report in Japan's Nikkei newspaper claiming that the JPO was considering reforms to limit patent injunctions against IoT products.
