（速報）欧州委員会新SEP法案取り下げ EU SEP Regulation draft dead

新SEP法案について昨年2月欧州議会で採択されたあとも激論が続いていたが、第1読会で非公式におこなわれていたSEP法案検討につき法案審理議題から取り下げることが決定された。

昨日11日EUの公式発表が行われた"2025 Work Programme"で取り下げが発表され、SEP関係者の間で大きな驚きとなっている。

法案取り下げの理由としては

”No foreseeable agreement - the Commission will assess whether another proposal should be tabled or another type of approach should be chosen.”
